Operation Groups

The Operation Groups section allows you to manage the groups used in warehouse operations within the Operations module.

Each group is associated with a warehouse and allows you to configure conditions related to cargo management and receiving.

Operation Groups List​

The list displays the registered operation groups and their main information.

You can switch between All and Archived groups.

Name

Identifies the operation group within the system.

Warehouse

Indicates the warehouse associated with the operation group.

Manage Packages

Indicates whether package management is enabled for the group.

Manage Items

Indicates whether individual item management is enabled for the group.

Available Actions​

Search

Allows you to locate operation groups within the list.

Group By

Allows you to organize records according to the available criteria.

Create Operation Group

Allows you to register a new operation group.

Edit

Allows you to modify the configuration of an existing group.

Delete

Allows you to delete a registered operation group.

Create Operation Group​

The Create Operation Group option allows you to register a new group and define its configuration.

General Information​

Operation Group

Allows you to enter the name used to identify the group.

Warehouse

Allows you to select the warehouse associated with the group.

The Operation Group and Warehouse fields are required.

Cargo​

The Cargo section allows you to configure the management of elements associated with the group.

Manage Packages

Allows you to enable package management.

Manage Items

Allows you to enable individual item management.

Receiving​

The Receiving section allows you to define the information that is required when receiving cargo.

Dimensions Required

Defines whether dimensions must be provided when receiving cargo.

Weight Required

Defines whether weight must be provided when receiving cargo.

Actions​

Create

Saves the operation group and completes the creation process.

Create and Create Another

Saves the current record and starts the creation of a new one.

Cancel

Closes the form without creating the record.

Complete the Configuration​

Once created, the operation group becomes available in the main list for viewing and management.
