Operation Groups

The Operation Groups section, within the Operations module, lets you create and manage groups used in warehouse operations.

Each group is associated with a warehouse and defines settings for cargo management and receiving.

In this guide​

General workflow​

  1. View or search groups from the main list.
  2. Select Create Operation Group.
  3. Enter a group name and select its warehouse.
  4. Configure package and item management.
  5. Set the receiving requirements for dimensions and weight.
  6. Select Create to save the group.

Operation Groups List​

The list displays registered operation groups and their main information. You can switch between All and Archived groups.

List Information​

Name

Identifies the operation group within the system.

Warehouse

Indicates the warehouse associated with the group.

Manage Packages

Indicates whether package management is enabled.

Manage Items

Indicates whether individual item management is enabled.

List Actions​

Search

Finds operation groups in the list.

Group By

Organizes records using the available criteria.

Create Operation Group

Starts the registration of a new group.

Edit

Modifies an existing group's configuration.

Delete

Deletes a registered operation group.

Create Operation Group​

The Create Operation Group option opens a form for registering a group and defining its settings.

General Information​

Operation Group

Enter a name to identify the group.

Warehouse

Select the warehouse associated with the group.

Operation Group and Warehouse are required fields.

Cargo​

The Cargo section configures which elements the group manages.

Manage Packages

Enables package management.

Manage Items

Enables individual item management.

Receiving​

The Receiving section defines which information must be provided when cargo is received.

Dimensions Required

Defines whether dimensions are required when receiving cargo.

Weight Required

Defines whether weight is required when receiving cargo.

Actions​

Create

Saves the operation group and completes its creation.

Create and Create Another

Saves the current group and starts a new one.

Cancel

Closes the form without creating the group.

Complete the Configuration​

Once created, the operation group is available in the main list for viewing and management.
